Order Process:

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an acceptance of your order but confirmation that we have received it. Acceptance occurs when we ship your products.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service. Once an order has entered the processing stage, cancellation may not be possible.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your items
• Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used aquarium water treatments
• Opened bird food and treats
• Bird diapers (for hygiene reasons)
• Opened or used aquarium test kits
• Any product installed or used in an aquarium (substrate, filters, etc.)

Return Process:

1. Contact our support at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Provide your order number and product details
3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Securely pack the item with RMA number visible

Refunds:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless due to our error
• Refunds are processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items
• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
